A nationally recognized program that addresses the impact of joblessness and helps men experience the dignity of work. It is a biblically-based training through honest relationships and mentoring. The men learn how to interview and provide a positive explanation for being unemployed due to incarceration, as well as how to dress for an interview. Community leaders participate and provide encouragement. The program builds character, restores dignity, value, and purpose. We have partnered with local companies to hire our graduates and the men are required to find employment within two weeks of being released.
